  1. I have to say these recipes sound amazing to me although I am so far from eating any of them. I am still trying to heal but struggling to find someone who knows the healing journey of SIBO. I feel it’s the most challenging part of having SIBO. Can you offer any advice on finding expertise. Did you heal on your own or were able to find help?

    • Hi Zakia, Thank you for commenting and sharing your experience. I feel lucky to live in Portland, OR where there are plenty of knowledgeable practitioners. However, I know it can be difficult to find someone to help with SIBO in other parts of the country. The good news is it will only get easier as more and more people become interested and informed about the subject! If there are any practitioners in your area who offer free 15-minute consultations, those would be a good opportunity to ask questions and get an idea about their knowledge and experience treating SIBO. Also, here is a link to a Google Drive document created by one of my friends in which people went in and entered practitioners who they had worked with who had SIBO knowledge: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zhCTmZl4wWE5nns3yjlG7c8Z9x6nCn-ybEret57ptEA/edit#gid=0
